This policy covers the shipping and delivery of physical materials, certificates, awards, and resources provided by AIPSA to member institutions and program participants.

1. What We Ship

  • Membership Kits: Welcome packages including certificates, plaques, and branded materials for new member schools.
  • Training Certificates: Physical certificates for completed professional development programs.
  • Awards and Recognition: Trophies, certificates, and plaques for excellence awards and achievement programs.
  • Educational Materials: Printed guides, manuals, and resource books provided through certain programs.
  • Event Materials: Conference kits, badges, and event-specific resources shipped to registered attendees.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days within India for most physical materials.
  • Express Delivery: 3-5 business days available for an additional fee (where applicable).
  • Certificates: Issued and shipped within 15-20 business days after program completion.
  • Awards: Typically shipped within 30-45 days after the award ceremony or announcement.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural locations may take an additional 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping for membership kits and certificates is included in the membership or program fee.
  • Express or expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be communicated before dispatch.
  • Bulk shipments to multiple addresses may incur additional charges based on volume and distance.
  • International shipping is available on request; costs and timelines will be provided upon inquiry.

4. Shipping Address

  • Materials are shipped to the address provided during registration or membership application.
  • Address changes must be communicated at least 7 business days before the scheduled dispatch date.
  • Please ensure the shipping address includes a valid phone number for courier coordination.
  • AIPSA is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Tracking Your Delivery

  • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once the shipment is dispatched.
  • You can track your package through the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.
  • If you have not received a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please document the condition with photos and report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For lost shipments, please contact us after the maximum expected delivery window has passed.
  • AIPSA will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost for verified damaged or lost deliveries.
  • Replacement processing time is typically 10-15 business days from the date of report.

7. Digital Delivery

Many of our resources are delivered digitally and do not require shipping:

  • Digital certificates and badges are available for download through your member dashboard.
  • ERP access credentials are sent via email upon account activation.
  • Training materials, guides, and templates are accessible through the resource library.
  • Webinar and online program access is granted via email links.

8. Courier Partners

AIPSA partners with reputable courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our shipping partners may include India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other regional couriers based on your location.
