Please read these terms carefully before using our services or joining the AIPSA network.

Welcome to the All India Private Schools Association (AIPSA). By accessing our website, applying for membership, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to all recognized private educational institutions operating within India.
  • Institutions must hold valid registration and compliance with applicable state and central education regulations.
  • AIPSA reserves the right to verify credentials and may deny or revoke membership if eligibility criteria are not met.
  • Individual educators, administrators, and staff may access programs through their affiliated member schools.

2. Membership Application and Fees

  • Applications submitted through the Join page are subject to verification within 3-5 working days.
  • Membership fees, if applicable, are determined based on institution type, size, and selected services.
  • Fees must be paid within the stipulated timeframe to activate membership benefits.
  • Renewal is annual unless otherwise specified. Failure to renew may result in suspension of benefits.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Use of Services

  • Member schools may access ERP solutions, training programs, consultancy services, and resource libraries as per their membership tier.
  • Services are intended for legitimate institutional use only. Unauthorized sharing of access credentials is prohibited.
  • AIPSA may update, modify, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to members.
  • Training certifications are valid for the period specified on the certificate and may require renewal.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the AIPSA website, including logos, training materials, templates, and resources, is the property of AIPSA or its licensors.
  • Members may use provided resources for internal institutional purposes only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of AIPSA materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Member schools retain ownership of their institutional content but grant AIPSA a non-exclusive license to display it within the network.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Member institutions must uphold ethical standards in all educational and administrative practices.
  • Any form of discrimination, malpractice, or violation of education laws may result in membership termination.
  • Members are expected to represent AIPSA professionally when participating in events, programs, or public forums.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

  • AIPSA provides services and resources in good faith but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • The association is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
  • Third-party links, partners, and integrations are subject to their respective terms and policies.
  • Information provided through AIPSA platforms is for educational and guidance purposes and does not constitute legal advice.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate membership with 30 days written notice.
  • AIPSA may terminate membership immediately in cases of serious misconduct, fraud, or violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, access to services and resources will be revoked, and outstanding obligations must be settled.

8. Modifications to Terms

AIPSA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or website notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
